THAT IS BECAUSE RAIMEI IS AWESOME. Actually, it's because she's kind of a tiny bit of a sociopath, but the thing is, EVERYONE IN NABARI NO OU IS A SOCIOPATH, SO. YEAH.

actually, as NNO goes, she's way low down on the sociopath scale.
