Runner-up: There is no runner up. There is only Ichigo/Tatsuki.
Honorable Mentions: IchiRuKaien (with specifically the implication that she subconsciously sees him as Kaien, yes this is of vital importance), Mizuiro/Tatsuki, Ichigo/Orihime because at this point, they fricking deserve each other D|
Crack: You know, I can't think of anything I ship that can be considered crack, because in this show, nothing is too cracky. D|
Dislike: Ichigo/Rukia because I feel like their bond goes deeper than romance and because it's kind of squicky if you think about it. Yes, I know I mentioned IchiRuKaien above, but that has to meet specific conditions and is different. I'll still read it, though.

Bleach is a bad one to ask for because I am involved enough to know characterization, but have removed myself enough that I'm capable of shipping whatever I happen to be looking at.
