Okami: Most Addictive Video Game Ever

I just bought Okami and I spent three hours playing it.  What an amazing game.  Yes, I am super old-school behind-the-times, but whatever.  Okami's awesome.

Also, went and saw Star Trek.  Speaking as a person who has never ever seen anything Star Trek or even Star Trek-related in her life, I thought it was the best movie I've seen all year.  I also saw Up two days ago, and cried like a little girl.  Great movies, the both of them.  Up is so cute, I think it could cure cancer.

It is about Japanese mythology! Specifically the Shinto gods, and you play the sun goddess Amaterasu, who's been reincarnated into the form of the white wolf Shiranui, in order to restore balance to the land and nature and defeat the eight-headed snake monster Orochi, and sklfjdslfjsk it's beautiful and addictive and really fun. :D
