Mangetsu: MMMM. I always figured that ability to turn into liquid was a thing only Suigetsu had as a result of experimentation, but I guess his brother can do it too??
SUIGETSU WAS SO CUTE IN THIS CHAPTER.... when he was like... I have a dream I was all TANGLED!!! and then proceeded to play that musical sequence in my head as I was reading. F. NARUTO needs way more Suigetsu.
