elementalheroI dropped my laptop off at tech support today, resisting the urge to scream THE THING YOU DID THREE DAYS AGO TO TRY TO FIX IT ONLY MADE IT WORSE, YOU JACKHEADS XOOOOO
But I didn't, because that would be assy.
Quick bites:
~Trying out for our chamber choir once my director sends me an email, eee~
~I went around hiatusing at all my games two nights ago. :CCC It made me sad.
~Got one of my friends to start reading Naruto! THIS IS HUGE BECAUSE I HAVE FOUND NO NARUTARDS ON THE ENTIRE CAMPUS AND THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR ME ON FRIDAY MORNINGS. She has not been spoiled for anything at all in the series. aaaa this is going to be so awesome. So far, she's read up to the end of the Valley of the End, and her favorite character is Hinata. I feel kind of bad for her in that respect. |D D|
~Been so sad and bored without interwebs. This fact makes me kind of hate myself. Been writing fanfiction in a notebook to relieve it. Will post soon.
~My roommate is driving me crazy again. That took...about three days.
Also, I read the Naruto and Bleach chapters!
Bleach: DEAR GOD, HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY MAKE THE FIGHT AGAINST THE FINAL VILLAIN SO BRAIN-NUMBINGLY, HEAD-POUNDINGLY BORING AND STUPID, KUBO? I feel like I'm witness to some kind of inverse majesty, like his complete ability to take something that should be exciting in at least some way, and suck all the life out of it, is somehow a beautiful thing to behold in and of itself.
Naruto:
Good things about this whole fight:
-Sasuke being face-meltingly sexy
-Karin proving you don't have to be a ninja to contribute to a fight in a meaningful way
-The two of them being incredibly shippy (shut up it is my OTP okay)
-MADARA KICKING HIS SEVERED ARM AT FUU
-Danzou being a creeper so we're excited to see him die (pleeease)
-Susanoo squashing Danzou \o/ even if it didn't last
-oh god eyeballs
-SURPRISE ITACHI!
-Madara being a hilarious troll in general
-The fact that it's over next week
Bad things:
-Went at least one step too far with the superpower lottery
-oh god there's a face on Danzou's shoulder oh god
-Lasted at least one chapter too long
-Sasuke's held Susanoo out for too long, my willing suspension of disbelief is collapsing
-MYTHICAL HEFFALUMP WTF
-"Just a plain old kick!" -_______________-
-What happened to Suigetsu and Juugo? We could have cut out the Heffalump and seen what they were doing instead >C
To sum up: It was awesome for two chapters, but Kishi should have ended it while it was still awesome. At least it's nowhere close to the excruciating agony that was the Pain arc.
But I didn't, because that would be assy.
