And how Sasuke was treating Karin like a total dick, bawwwwwwwwww. Surprisingly, this makes me ship them harder, just by the way she reacted to him, like, "This isn't you, I know it isn't you, what happened to you," baw why am I such a woobie. D:

It both saddened and intrigued me how Sasuke told Karin, "Forget about them, we're finding and killing Danzou now." What's sad is that he never would have done that a year ago, in fact refused to leave anyone behind at the Hachibi fight past the point where it would have been much easier and safer to just abandon the wounded and make a break for it.
What's intriguing is Karin's reaction. Remember waaaaay back when Team Awesome was first formed? And Karin constantly was trying to get rid of Suigetsu and Juugo to have Sasuke all to herself? Now their roles have reversed. Now it's Sasuke who has just abandoned them, and Karin is the one who wants to save them. This says so many things on so many levels:
-Karin has grown close to Suigetsu and Juugo, perhaps, maybe even to the point where she actually enoys their company? At least to the point where she wouldn't cheer if they killed each other (Chapter 351 or 352, somewhere in there).
-Hey, Karin-bashers! Notice that she didn't dissolve into a hormonal mess the second she and Sasuke were alone, but in fact helped him to his goal while being able to mentally criticize/be concerned about his actions and the way he was behaving. FRACK YOU, SHE'S AWESOME.
-Sasuke has allowed his goal to consume him, but it's weird (to me, maybe) that this has happened almost off-screen. During the Hachibi fight, he cared about Hawk in, like, ridiculous amounts. Then we had the Pain arc, and the next time we see Sasuke, he's slowly sliding down this black hole of haaaaaaatreeeeeed~~~
ALSO! This may be Juugo and Suigetsu's big chance to give Sasuke a What The Hell (Anti)Hero moment! Considering that Juugo joined Team Sasuke for the sole purpose of "seeing what kind of ninja [I've seen some translations say "man"] he is," I think it's time we came to a verdict and judged accordingly.
The Mizukage is so pretty. WHAT IS SHE GOING TO DOOOOOO???? :D? *curious*
Not having the school wireless working is killing me.

See, normally I would think that, because that's the way Sasuke thinks and sees things, but this seemed different. He wasn't saying it to reassure her, but to exhort her to move on. It wasn't "they'll be okay," so much as "forget about it" or "it doesn't matter." Which seems to be Kishimoto trying to hammer in the whole "haaaaaatreeeeeed" thing, but it feels a bit heavy-handed and out of character. :C
I desperately want Suigetsu to meet Naruto. So badly. Ditto on Sakura and Karin. (but they won't because Karin's with Sasuke)

I honestly heard it as her mocking him, being sort of dryly sarcastic and making fun of him. Especially since after mentioning the Fourth Mizukage (specifically the words "made him their plaything") and then going to mention how not just Sasuke, but the Uchiha in general are hot. I think she's alluding to Madara and is in fact more well-informed than we think.
At least, that's how I saw it.
