So basically I have determined that the Naruto anime resolves only to make awesomeness when I am not watching for weeks at a time.

Because I just caught up from the start of the Sasuke-Deidara fight to the scene with Madara in the rain being a dramahor, and all I can say is that they love me.

All of my Team Hawk headcanon was completely affirmed in the course of a single episode.

So basically, I have discovered why I can't quit this series.

And it isn't because of Team Hawk. Nor is it because of Madara, or Itachi, or the capslocky ridiculousness, or the woobiness, or the anime or the manga or any of that. Those are merely contributing factors.

Quite simply, it's because Naruto has the power to make me incredibly, irrationally, ridiculously happy.

And that's all I need to justify it.
