Breakfast:
1 glass OJ (about 50 cals?)
1 mug coffee, with one Splenda packet and 2 TS creamer (imma say roughly 90 cals for the creamer)
1 bowl Rice Krispies with milk (200-ish cals)
1 slice cantaloupe + 1/4 cup cottage cheese (100 cals?)
Total: about 450? I need to eat foods that I know the calorie counts to.
Lunch:
1 grilled cheese (440)
1 bowl tomato soup (90)
1 glass skim milk (40?)
Total: 570 (yay, there were calorie counts posted at lunch today \o/)
Dinner:
1 turkey/cheese panini (prolly 400)
1 salad with 1 TBSP italian dressing (200?)
1 glass skim milk (40?)
Total: 650?
Daily total: 1670
I might have overestimated in some cases, maybe.
Exercise:
