Lately I've felt like the one balloon at a child's birthday party that starts to lose its helium first, and ends up getting bounced all over by the toddler cousins and the family dog.

In a...brain kind of sense.

I can relate all too well. I also think of the one giant black-ish burnt potato chip at the bottom of the bag that get crinkled and smushed beyond repair until there only remains a large crag of strange starchy madness. And then someone eats you out of curiosity.
