Hmm. I'm noticing a trend of things that sound outrageously ridiculous and stupidly epic. Oh well, I already knew I liked that anyway. ;D Guess the non-Harry-Dresden ones and win a prize of feeling good about yourself.
Nnngh. While my headache is better today, RP has been a mixed bag for me lately.
Squarewarts: One of my most consistent RP partners just dropped the RP, due to RL reasons. She says she may be back at the end of the summer, but I am still sad about it. Also, I am considering dropping Silver to lessen my workload over this summer, given I start a full-time job next week, on the 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm shift. -__-
On the bright side? We have a lot of fun new players with fun new characters (WE HAVE A HICCUP OMG), and some character development I have been trying to push with Sasuke is finally getting underway (He's being mandated to go to counseling. THE SHOCK AND HORROR). I'm really satisfied right now with his pace of development. I dunno, I'm kind of happy with how I'm portraying his anger issues as coming out in the wake of learning the truth about the massacre.
Also, I have to get Ruby out more. -__- I think half the reason I take so long to tag with him is that it's nothing to do with the muse and everything to do with the fact that I've gotten spoiled and I hate pop-up ads, and Ruby's journal is neither sponsored nor paid. Sob I am a lazy spoiled brat ;; But his relationship with Shalice is like sooooooo cute (she's basically become his non-toxic daddy figure, kind of? IT'S SO CUTE).
Kannagara: I am up to my eyeballs in long-standing, overarching plots, and half the people that I need to schedule with are either hard to contact, depending on other people for scheduling, or on hiatus.
Now, one of these plots is kind of extremely secret/under the radar, and I really want it to stay that way, but it's hard to tell people, "listen, I need to know what's happening or how this plot will be developing at the end of this IG month, and I need to know that like fricking ASAP," without actually telling them why. Also, (one of those hilarious BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR things, I suppose) our Miharu-mun is considering apping Suzaku, and while I HASTEN to say that I was naturally ECSTATIC and basically had to pretend to go to the bathroom while I ran in circles in my dorm having a silent squeeing session, it complicates things because depending on when he comes in, this is naturally going to affect Lelouch in a number of ways, and COULD affect some of the plots he's in. Especially the sekrit one.
And then I got a really super awful headache last night and was set back a whole day in planning this shit because I couldn't talk to anyone due to being incapable of thinking in a straight line.
Sigh.
On the bright side, this RP is fantastic and I want to make love to everyone involved. Notable awesome things:
Erotic Dream Week: this week, everyone's characters dreams about smex or something erotic. Problem? In this RP, everyone can see everyone's dreams. HAHA CUE AWKWARD TURTLE. So, of course, I ended up attempting to write porn. lol. It's not that great (Lelouch and C.C. IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING, and yes, she does top, because she is goddamned C.C.), but the highlight was when Steve Rogers told Lelouch that "sharing intimate time with your girlfriend" was not a good emotional response to killing a whole bunch of people with a landslide.
Lelouch's response? Tell him that viewing a minor engaged in sexual acts is a felony offense. That's right. LELOUCH IMPLIES THAT CAPTAIN AMERICA IS A CHILD PORNOGRAPHER. It was basically the highlight of my RP career. WARNING: THAT LINK CONTAINS NC-17 SEXING IF YOU SCROLL UP, AND IS NOT SAFE FOR WORK OR CHILDREN.
In Which Lelouch and Marco from Animorphs Discuss Pizza Hut: Lelouch has a weird dream involving Nunnally, C.C., and pizza. Then he and Marco discover the one thing their world shares in common: product placement.
