I love that you are like Killerbee in real lie and I also love how much Kushina is on here. In the one chapter we've gotten to see about here (and there will be MORE! that's more than Minato even!) I really grew to love her too. She rocks.

3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t: I liked Axel a ton when we first met him, but honestly, fandom has turned me off to him purely from overexposure.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates: KAIRI, I MEAN SERIOUSLY, THE HATEDOM FOR KAIRI IS AWFUL D'8

9. A pairing that I despise: Riku/Sora, which is odd given that I have grown to like most of the slash pairings I used to hate purely based on previous bigotry. But there's still something about this pairing that raises my hackles.

If you intend to just start reading, I recommend starting with Onemanga and then moving to Mangafox. I've also started a massive reread and journal recap, if you check my tags (or even just the last few entries in my journal. ;3;

Well, I meant your opinions on that fandom, and maybe some of your recaps first. I actually don't have time to really start looking at a new fandom, though the fact you like it makes me reconsider looking into it later. I was turned off because of the anime, but the manga sounds very different.

Oh! Well, yeah, that's what the recaps are for ^^ since Pokemon is a godawful huge fandom to jump right into. And yes, basically the best way to view the fandom as a whole is to think of all the different media canons as individual, distinct interpretations of the same universe as put forth in the original canon source (the games), and are entirely separate from one another. There are different manga series besides Pokemon Special, too, it's just the most well-known and also the best, yeah boi.

Although I am starting to consider reevaluating my opinions on the anime after reading some character summaries and episode recaps on Bulbapedia - apparently some of the main characters actually undergo character development?? WAT. Maybe I'll do a massive anime watching/recap after I do my PokeSpe recap and stuff, though I doubt I'd have the time |Da

1. The first character I fell in love with: It would have to be Red, purely based on the fact that I love basically everyone the second I see them, and he's the first major character we meet |D
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Ruby. I got into the Hoenn Arc with no expectations, given I'd never played the third-gen games at all ever and knew nothing about them, and then there was a BADASS LADY NAMED SAPPHIRE, so I was like "I'll just pay attention to her parts, forget that other bozo," but then Ruby was like /BLINDSIDES WITH WOOBIE-DOM AND ALSO FABULOSITY and I was like OMG *____*
3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Not...like....a PokeSpe character? Individually, these words make sense, but together, they mean nothing.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates: CRYSTAL. SHE'S SO AWESOME. SHUT UP.
5. The character I would shag anytime: All of them ;3; but especially HGSS!Silver. hnnnngh oh my god those legs look at them
6. The character I'd want to be like: Blue, because she is a super badass and also a trickster~

It's hard to find, the few things that do stir up arguments are kind of dumb (omg there is apparently this raging storm right now about why Lyra should be a separate character from Crystal and I am just like BUT THAT MAKES NO SENSE), and... nothing else?
