I really like the way you treat us and treat the class. But quit handing out assignments in which we write about ourselves. I am very boring. My childhood was very boring. You assign us to create a character with a desire and purpose mysterious even to ourselves and then most of the prompts we are supposed to write about involve us and not our characters. I spent a half hour creating someone I suddenly wanted to know more about, to write more with, and now I have to write about me and the boring places I've been in my life? ://////////

or you could just go all meta and go into all kinds of detail on how boring it is
