Okay, so I am reasonably certain that Gen V is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me.

Good points:
~The music: stellar.
~The graphics: orgasmic. (HNNNNNNGH SKYARROW BRIDGE HNNNNNNNNNNNNNGH POKEMON LEAGUE HNNNNNNNNNGH N'S CASTLE)
~The plot: ohmygoodness *w*
~The characters: CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT IN MY POKEMON GAMES???? 8'D

Mediocre points:
~The mons: I actually like most of them (the only line that I harbor any passionate hatred twoards is the Tympole line XC), I think most of them are cool, but yeah, some of the designs are like "lol ok." I'd put them slightly higher than mediocre but not quite at the level of *____* of the aforementioned topics
~The post-game: is actually incredible but I am SO BUTTHURT THAT N DOESN'T SHOW UP AGAIN EVER AFTER THE CREDITS ROLL ;~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~;

Poor points:

Haha, yes, my brother absolutely HATES the Tympole line as well. Personally I think Tympole and Palpitoad are really cute! ESPECIALLY Palpitoad, I mean, I don't know why but it might have something to do with the mouth. It's so smiley... and weird... and cute to me.

I guess my least favorites would be Thunderus/Landorus/Tornadus. They just look ridiculous. Come on.

I hate Palpitoad because its expression seems soulless to me, and also its head is just... too wiggly. it reminds me of some sort of hideous sex toy and just nnnnnnnnnno ALSO I EFFING HATE GROUND/WATER TYPES BECAUSE I TRY TO USE ELECTRIC AND THEY'RE LIKE "HAHA NO" AND I'M LIKE FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU-

I kind of like the kami trio, even though I think they could have done more with the design rather than just palette-swaps.

Apparently Looker says something later in the post-game about N being sighted in a distant land, and someone brought up the fact that it is kind of potentially possible that they might do Hoenn remakes in this gen, and if so, N could show up in those. It's a long shot, but...!
