Okay, so basically I'm back early, which is great. I have a couple memes for you and also I have been visited by the Writing Fairy over the trip, which means good things for me in future, hopefully! :D I'm also dieting again. That basically sums up the entry I just wrote and lost to cybershit, but I can't remember everything else that was in it.

RP buddies: Will be back on Monday, due to playing catch-up, hooking up webcam, and being gone to visit jaderhade tomorrow.

See, femmeslash just doesn't do anything for me. And I have tried to give it a chance, just...*shrug* But I must admit, Mai and Ty Lee are awesome together as BFFs, and I could see the appeal in shipping them.

You know, it has very little to do with, uh. Femmeslashing for the sake of it, though I am all about that. To me, Mai has always been a series of relationships to people more than she's ever been her own person. The governor's daughter, Azula's henchwoman, Zuko's girlfriend... etc. I think she's only really herself -- Mai, an individual -- around Ty Lee. They are just themselves around each other. I think that's an awesome foundation for a relationship, sooooo... I ship it. XD Then Katara can go off and comfort Zuko.

ahaha uh I hope you didn't think I meant that your only rationale must have been femmeslash for it's own sake. D: But the way you explained your rationale was very eloquent and put my usual explanations for my personal crack pairings ("IDK IT'S JUST FUN") to shame. Shaaaaame. Katara comforting Zuko is a very desirable result, I must say.
