elementalheroDAY OFF TODAY. PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES. YAY.
Am I the last person in this universe to get and play Jak 3? I played Jak and Daxter like immediately when it first came out, but when Jak 2 came out I was apparently not old enough to play a T rated game.
So I waited. And sulked.
I got Jak 2 about a year-and-a-half to two years ago. And I fell in love with Dark Jak instantly. I was like, "DARK JAK I WANT YOU. FOR REAL REALZ." And the Kid was cute. :D Him and his lil' mutant alligator-dog...thing. And Torn was the shizzle. ASHELIN/TORN IS MAH OTP. I don't know why Errol has so many fangirls, though.Especially after Jak 3--eurgh. I even considered doing a Danny Phantom crossover with it (this was during my DP phase before Nick raped and murdered the show. DX). And I cried when they tricked us into thinking that Sig died. And then I spazzed like a fool when he wasn't dead.
So anyway, I finally got off my butt and bought a preowned copy of Jak 3 for cheap this August while malling for school.
In other news, I think I'm burning out. I'm having a hard time caring about school anymore. I just want the year to be over. But then I have to look at colleges. And grow up. Every time I think about it, I just run away from the thoughtand go play video games. Not sure, but I think I'm really depressed. Sigh.

I haven't finished the game, by the way, so please don't spoil me. I want to see if some of my predictions are right.
Okay, I was really sad when Jak got kicked out of Haven. I was like, "WELL, NONE OF YOU DESERVE HIS SMEXINESS ANYWAY. EXCEPT KEIRA. WHO PROBABLY DIDN'T WANT HIM KICKED OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE. ARGH." And then I was all "Dark Jak Arena Pwnagement!"
And I didn't like Damas at first, but then when he was all mopey about his dead (?) son, I was like, "OH MY GOD FATHER COMPLEX ILY." I am a sucker for male characters in a father-son relationship/complex. It's probably my favorite thing ever. Instead of yaoi, write me two male characters in a brother-brother/father-son relationship, and I will glomp them like an otaku on steroids. Maybe I'm just weird that way. Gay men don't turn me on, but two straight men do.
Dax/Tess is the cuddly ship win, by the way. :D
BY THE WAY. TWELVE GUNS THIS TIME AROUND. TWEEEEEEEELVE. :DDDDDDDDDDDDD My favorite is the deflecting blaster. I like to sneak up on several enemies in an enclosed area, let loose with five or six rounds, and watch them all bounce around in there and die. :D
AND THEN. LIGHT JAK POWERS. OH MAH GUH. I still want my smexy little Dark Jak babies, but now I'm pretty much cheating on him with Light Jak. Because he's so made of sexy win. Augh. :D I like to fly around now that I got the flight power.
Oh yeah, and you can use guns in Light Jak mode. FOR THE WIIIIIIN. When I first found out by accident, I was like, "AVENGING ANGEL, BABY. AVENGING FREAKING ANGEL." And then I ran around killing a bunch of stuff while yelling, "I AM JUSTICE!" This must be what Light Yagami feels like when he uses the Death Note, I think. Think I'll start saying "sakujo" with every kill, kthx.And I know only Mikami does that. It's why I love him. He's sexy. And psychotic.
