Vampire Knight versus Twilight with a side of Bleach. Basic random stuff.

Okay.

Vampire Knight's Kaname Kuran officially beats out Edward Cullen in any given battle of vampires.  Because Edward may be able to read people's minds, but Kaname can blow stuff up with his brain.  I'm so serious.

And dammit, I wasn't going to like him either.  Because he's so perfect.  I was going to love Zero because he's angsty and omn-licious and MAMORU MIYANO, FOR THE LOVE OF CRAP.  Well, I still love Zero more, but now the battle's a lot closer than it has a right to be. 

I read the first volume of the manga after watching two episodes of the anime, and do you know what the anime has that the manga doesn't?  THE HORSE.  No, seriously.  After Zero and Kaname, probably the horse is my next favorite character.

TOTALLY RANDOM OBSERVATION MADE DURING EPISODE THREE OF VK:  DIRECTOR CROSS'S FIRST NAME IS KAIEN.  FRACK.  YES.
(If he grows tentacles, I'm committing hara-kiri, by the way.)
