Zero never drank anyone's blood before Yuuki's. That's how awesome his self-control is. (Take that Bella~)
Zero never kissed a girl. Because he was too young before he became a vampire, and after that he was too afraid he'd lose control.

Zero never loved Ichiru in any way other than a brother. Their bond was too close to be demeaned by something like hot forbidden twin smex. Sorry, fangirls. Another day.
