AN ACCOUNT OF THE BEST DAY IN THE HISTORY OF FOREVER

Here.

First thing: Friday. I went to the mall with chocomarauderand her family and bought an obscene amount of things (i.e. seven boxes of pocky, eight volumes of the newly released Naruto manga (I HAS ENGLISH TEAM HAWK FJAKDHASJKDHAJ MORE ON THE MANGA IN A LESS IMPORTANT ENTRY), and the second volume of the Ouran anime), and then we went back to her house and MADE SIGNS FOR VIC. One of those signs had a big pink glittery heart, one had a giant rose on it and also I spelled his last name wrong and I should have been kicked out of the seminar just for that ;A;~ and the other two spelled VICTORY when you held them up together.

Then we slept. I don't know how we managed it.

Second thing: Saturday. The Day. Then we went down to the college with a host of other people (four plus the teacher/driver/supervisor) and almost got lost except we didn't. Then we walked in.

And he. He, Vic Mignogna. Was there. Right there. Playing the piano and chatting it up with the other people in the auditorium. And I walked in, holding about four of the dorkiest signs in the history of dorkdom, and he looked up and said, "Oh hey, look! You made signs? :D"

Random's Head: *asplodes*

Random's Inner Fangirl: "akjhasklfdsjaklfhsjakflhiuawheifsdjal OH MY GOD." *also asplodes*

Random's Insides: *go sploosh*

There was a Q&A session with him, and he answered as many questions as he could and he was so natural standing up there and I was three fracking rows away from him. And yet, it was like, when he wasn't talking, you were like, "OH MY GOD OH MY GOD, HE'S VIC MIGNOGNA AND I AM LOOKING AT HIM WITH MY EYES AND HEARING HIM WITH MY EARS." But when he started talking, it was like he was your BFF and he was totally down with the fact that we are all equally dorks in the eyes of society and God--and omfg, I knew he was Christian, but he was so serious about it, too, but he was still so relaxed about it and tolerant of all the crazy stuff we fans do and that just made me feel all fuzzy inside and, like, neat. You know?

AND THEN I GOT STUFF SIGNED.

I got a program signed for feilyn(HA HA HA I SEE YOUR CRISPIN FREEMAN AND RAISE YOU ONE VIC MIGNOGNA), as well as some DVDs and two CDs I bought there, and also the pink glittery heart sign. AND HE TOOK A PICTURE OF ME HOLDING THE ROSE SIGN WITH HIS CELL PHONE, EVEN AFTER I APOLOGIZED FOR HIS NAME BEING SPELLED INCORRECTLY.

And then jaderhadeand chocomarauderand I went back to chocomarauder's sister's dorm in between the seminar and his concert and we watched some Ouran and ate pizza and then we went back for the concert and HE WAS STILL THERE AND I DIDN'T MAKE HIM UP IN MY HEAD, HOMG.

And then, funny story: I obtained another program and decided to have it signed for me personally, and jaderhadesuggested I ask him to sign it as Kurz Weber (from Full Metal Panic!; see icon) because of a phone conversation we once had that basically went like this:

Jade and Random: *mutually fangirling over Sasuke*

--later in conversation--

Random: *fangirling over Kurz Weber* "Like, oh my gosh, I want to completely have his hot, blonde, German babies and take over the world with them, OMG."
Jade: *mocking* "Oh, you're so fickle, what about Sasuke?"
Random: *with scorn* "Jade, Sasuke is fictional."

--LOUDEST SILENCE EVER--

Random: "......Oh, wait."

So yeah, I asked him, and he not only signed it as Kurz, he signed it IN CHARACTER.

Signage: "HEY SEXY [REAL NAME]! LOTS A LOVE! Kurz Weber --KURZ BABY--"

And then I went to jaderhade 's house and we watched The Dark Knight, and I went to sleep, and woke up and it was no longer the Best Day In The History Of Forever.

AND OH YEAH, abrof  WON DISTRICT WRESTLING, EEEEEEEEEEE~

In my defense on the whole phone conversation, Full Metal Panic! is set in a much more realistic (comparatively) setting, and it was late, and I was confused. (IT IS ALSO A HELLA AWESOME ANIME, AND I RECOMMEND IT FOREVER~~~~)
